Hi
I've attached an image of what I'm looking for. I can not figure out how to get this laid out where it makes sense for the buyer. Currently the choose size (which is mandatory) is way down below everything, the quantity selector is not titled and the request that you must choose a size is not titled.  I've tried to edit templates in firebug but with no change.
