Food Menu Ordering Solution

Hello Folks,
I'm looking for a solutions so that my client can add a menu (like you use at a restaurant) to order food items. Here is an example:

You could also easily build this with a custom form, and then embed that form into a VirtueMart 2 product. It's admittedly a more expensive solution than the product builder, but also much more flexible in what you can do, and faster to set up for many situations.
