The " Ask a question" link dos not work.

under the products there is a link " Ask a question", I click it I write the message BUT the message is not recieved in the sites mail. What I done wrong?
Please help me.

please tell us your - VM2 software version and does other mail go to the vendor?

from say contact us page or other links on the site?
