vmError: Seems the used shipmentmethod got deleted

We are Trying to delete old test orders from VirtueMart 2.0.14 and get "vmError: Seems the used shipmentmethod got deleted" error.   Does anyone know how to get them deleted?

I have seen a number of posts about this, but have not found a solution

Try Ivus' suggestion in this post and look through the phpmyadmin and delete anything you find that realtes to your orders - maybe too update and try.
