I need create discount coupons where the discount is before tax.

Hello,
I use Joomla! 2.5.6 & VM 2.0.8e
How I can create discount coupons where the discount is before tax?


Example:

Product Price without Tax: 100 €
Product Tax=18%
Coupon Discount =10%

Correct Coupon Discount Before Tax :
Product Price 100€ -  10% Coupon Discount  = 90€ + 16,20€ (Tax=18%) =  106,20 € Total invoice

Someone could help me?
