System keep asking me for payment / shipping

My site:

All right at the installation (VM 2.0.10 with Joomla 2.5.6)
All seems to be working fine, but ...
... there is no way to make the system do a sale entirely, till the end.
A use only one payment / shipping method and set the system to automaticaly chose them, but always i get there, on chechout page, the system keep asking me to chose the methods and don't go any further.
It's not the first time i use VM and Joomla, but is the very first time that i cannot solve my probl?ems.

Any help?

as we cannot get to your shop with out registering we cannot test your site.

To help,  Please show us an image of your settings in the payments and shipping.
