[SOLVED] Cannot get VM to display products in subcategories

Hi all,

I have a very strange problem with some basic VM functionality;
I have one main category and several subcategories with products in it. I created a menu item pointing to parent category ant i get some very strange behavior:
http://www.spletni-marketing.si/razvoj/honda/index.php/motocikli

Here i get list of all subcategories and that's OK but if i click on any subcategory I always get a display of 10 products from all categories!? If I click next on pagination it just throws me back to subcategory listing for parent category...

If I click on a product and then back to subcategory link I get the result I wanted on a first place when I click on a subcategory, link:
http://www.spletni-marketing.si/razvoj/honda/index.php/component/virtuemart/honda/sport - this one works
This is what I get if I click on the same subcategory on the link mentioned above:
http://www.spletni-marketing.si/razvoj/honda/index.php/motocikli/honda/sport

I guess I forgot to check some option in settings or?

Figured it out.
I had VirtueMart Categories Layout selected and changed it to Category Layout . Everything works fine now.
