E-mail order only? don't want payment method.

Hello,

In my old Joomla 1.0 and VM i had an option to use VM in a way that only pre registered users could place an e-mail order.
No payment option, just place your order and it gets sent by mail to us.
I've search the forum and tried finding any setting for that in Joomla 2.5 and VM 2.0.8 but haven't found anything about it.

Surely that option must be available... or?

I had simply missed enable the Virtuemart aio addons so i had no "Standard payment method" to begin with.
