I did put this in another post but 99% of that post was solved so this is only the last part of the emails issue -

The email that comes to the vendor has - two messages one in the subject and one inside the email - see image

No this is right

Read correct. Your shopper confirmed an order. He confirmed that he wants that order. The order is pending, because you did not confirmed yet. This is tricky when you test your shop. But it should exactly fit, when you only get one part of it.
