Problem with Extension: Shipment for Virtual Products

We bought the Plugin "Shipment for Virtual Products" and there are no download links (neither in the email nor in the pdf). I installed everything like in the manual and I have also tried the tips given in this thread: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=105129.0

I am working with v2.0.8e on Joomla 2.5.6

But just for people being curious. As far as I know the problem appeard inclusive you for 3 people. No one else wrote to us the last weeks with this problem. One of the solved it with entering an amount into the field with the star, but it will change the price. He deleted the standard template, so I cant check that. Also I was not able to check the order online, so I think there is a bit more wrong.

Please consider always when you have a bug

- Disable first your layout overwrites of your template, to check if it is layout overwrite related (rename com_virtuemart folder in your template folder html).
- Disable first your template, to check if it is template related.
- Disable other vm extensions.
- Sometimes it is a 3rd party extension for joomla, for example the azrul mambot plugin of joomsocial is interfering in ANY js call and destroying ours.
