Log In Module not Displaying in Shopping Cart

Hello,

I just upgraded from 2.0.6 to 2.0.8c . Before I upgraded, when I entered the Shopping Cart, there was a log in module at the top of the page. After upgrading, there is no more log in module, and I can't figure out how to make it display.

I've tried for about an hour to look for a solution, googling through the forums but I can't find a solution.

How do I make the log in module show up in the shopping cart? Thank you.
