Can't save the record with no COM_VIRTUEMART_PAYMENT_JPLUGIN_ID

I just installed the latest version on 2.5 on my local host. I went to add a payment option but get this:


        vmError: TablePaymentmethods COM_VIRTUEMART_PAYMENT_JPLUGIN_ID in record is missing ! Can't save the record with no COM_VIRTUEMART_PAYMENT_JPLUGIN_ID.
        vmError: VmTableData::store failed - Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=INSERT INTO `yj6dm_virtuemart_paymentmethods_en_gb` (`virtuemart_paymentmethod_id`,`payment_name`,`payment_desc`,`slug`) VALUES ('0','PayPal','','paypal')
        vmError: TablePaymentmethods COM_VIRTUEMART_PAYMENT_JPLUGIN_ID in record is missing ! Can't save the record with no COM_VIRTUEMART_PAYMENT_JPLUGIN_ID.


There is no option in: Payment Method-Select an option.

why? why? why?
