VIrtuemart Product Search Module - search multiple products

I am looking for a way to search multiple product codes at one time using the Virtuemart Product Search Module in Virtuemart 2 and Joomla 2.5

What I mean by this is I want to be able to type in one product code and another product code and so on and for all those products to display on the search category page

At the moment If I try and type in more than one product code it does not work - it only works if I type in just one product code - I can type in more than one word of the description of the product - but not more than one code.

I imagine the URL to look something like this after the search but it does not show any products

/component/virtuemart/?keyword=PRODUCTSKU1+PRODUCTSKU2&search=true&view=category

Can anyone help me with this please?

I assume all that needs configured here is for the search module to search "any" instead of exact or all
