Move items in checkout

ok i want to move the text Please use Register And Checkout to easily get access to your order history, or use Checkout as Guest aswell as the 3 buttons to the right .

would like to move this to the bottom of the page so users fill in there info then choose the finishing action, (either register during checkout or checkout as guest)

Really hope someone can help me thanks..
