Shipment for Virtual Products - no download link other custom field is late

Under certain conditions, the download link for the "Shipment for Virtual Products" does no appear in the e-mail send.
After much testing this is what I found and is reproducable:
When I use 2 different custom fields in a product, one is the downloadable product and the other is a cart variant, then if the other cart variant is lower in the list of the "custom fields" view / window, then:

• in the product page it appears under the downloadable product and
• there is no download link in the email.

However, when I delete the custom field of the downloadable product and create it anew, so it is added at the end of the custom field list / view, then:

• In the product page the downloadable field is below the other cart variant
• in the e-mail I get the download link

So, it seems that the order of the custom fields is the order in which they appear in the product page AND the downloadable product should be in the list of custom field below the others used in the product.
Btw, although there is an order field, I could not change the order.

To me, I have a workaround, but this seems to me a bug.l

For heaven sake, could you please tell us of the workaround that solved ur problem?

I've been struggling with issue with no solution.
I searched alot for a solution , and as u know there is no support for this product, and even no website or forum to contact.

So kindly, if ucan share. The solution, I would be thankful.
