cannot install vm2

Hi would appreciate help, I have read quite a few posts but just not sure which one applies to this. I have used VM1x before and found it fantastic. Haven't used for a while, when I go to install I get this message.  Can anyone narrow down the problem. I as tried on another host, different website and had trouble as well but not the same message.
I am just including the first part as it goes on for two pages!!!
