A Category Item After Checkout...

I have Joomla 2.5.4, VM 2.0.6 and php 5.3.

I haven't gone through a checkout process yet and needed to know this:

If you only have 1 item available in a category (a specialty item which will never be available again) and the item is sold, will VM unpublish or make that category inactive so that it doesn't look like it is still available to the next buyer?
