Problem (bug?) with more site templeate

Hi all i have fund something strange, I'll try to explain this, but I think it's easier to understand by looking at the pictures below.
In my web site there are different site template, one based for the site and one other for the shop.
if the product have only one category all funcion ok, but if the product have two or more category the items be show with the home templeate.
see here:

in this image you can see the right templeate for this product, but the product have only 1 category.

in this image you can see the same product, with 1 category added, but the templeate automaticaly change and is a wrong templeate ( no menu on the right, wrong background ecc ecc).

how i can solved this problem? someone can help me please? is a bug or my mistake?

It is about assigning templates to correct menu items.

Yes, i have already assign templeate correctly, i have resolved my problem removing the category and remake a new category.
