Out of stock messages

I have tried some of the 'out of stock' options but some do not work. . .

• Products Out of Stock are orderable, no special action - Working
• Products Out of Stock are orderable, and the field 'Availability' is displayed - Not working
• Displays 'Notify Me' instead of 'Add To Cart' button - Not working
• Do not Display Product - Working

Same here, I need the "Notify" function to work, is there any workaround for this? stock control is very important for my store, also my customers must have a way to ask about when a certain product will be available again... thanks in advance for the help

Hello I have the same issue here
I habe joomla 2.5.4 and VM 2.0.6 and have the same issue:
    Products Out of Stock are orderable, no special action - Working
