Order email shows Thank you for purchasing at Store name & lists store name 2x

Everything appears to be working great, but the email that is generated after the order to both the store owner and the customer shows:

Thank you for purchasing at Finesse J.
Finesse J.
Finesse J.

How can we get it so that it only lists Finesse J. once?

I'm using Joomla 2.5.6 Virtuemart 2.0.8e

Also in the email that goes to the store owner the prices are cut off - any way to fix that?  It's not a major deal, because they can log into and view the order, but would be nice to fix it.
