Large shopping cart / mini shopping cart - buttons - Change colour - size

I would like to change the colour and size of the buttons,

I have tried several times and many changes to reset the background size of my 'Save' button.

* could someone give me the right file?

And my client wants to change the colour of the mini - shopping cart background. I have asked this question and failed a few times.
