Giving access to stock movement

Is there a way to give access to stock movement for my co-workers ? I'm selling paintings and artists always ask me about the proof of how many of their art work was sold. Maybe there's a module for that, or something. For obvious reasons I don't want to give them full access to admin panel.

I found vendor profile, how to limit it to one category per profile ?
