How to remove line through price on confirmation page

Can someone point me in a Direction to remove the line through price in the confirmation page after payment has been made.

It looks very cluttered with this extra line through price and it's kind of redundant so we would like to remove it completely from confirmation page so it looks a lot cleaner.
