Shopper field type missing in drop down list

Hi,

After update to 2.0.4 (J2.5.4), there was a error warning about eu vat id.
I deleted the user field and wanted to recreate it.
The problem now is the EU VAT ID dissapeared from the field type list.
Is this normal? How can I make it appear again in the field type list?
