I have weights assigned to my products and still can't get this to show up. I had it once yesterday, but it's gone today for some reason.

I have only USPS enabled, and only UPS and DHL show up, I deleted all other carriers from the site and still don't get USPS to show up, Any suggestions? https://www.wifirat.com
If you are not using the latest USPS module (v4) you will have problems with the USPS module.

How do you know what version you have?
Under your Store settings there is an option called "Shipping Module List". In this area it lists all the shipping modules and the version of the module.
same here, I only have 1 shipping method which is USPS, and it won't display, and already have a copy of that new usps ver4 module.
I also have the latest copy of the USPS shipping module ("The USPS Shipping module v4.0 supporting USPS API v3"), I had my USPS account moved to production, I turned on error reporting on the front end, and turned off failover, and I get nothing!
All I get on checkout is "Please select a Shipping Method!" and no error message and no options to select.
I am using VM1.1.1 and J1.5.3
P.S. -- and I have the correct shipping module enabled. and *not* using godaddy.
Okay, I debugged this. The items that I had in the cart did not have a weight. I thought I had a weight listed on all the items in the store.
Once I added a weight above 0 to all the products, everything was fine.
in my case if i had any country selected, or zip code range, etc. it required the user to be logged in before showing them the shipping.
The latest version of the shipping module for VM 1.x will report an error on the front-end if the weight is set at 0 in the cart and you have the 'Report errors' option enabled.
