I can't find the variable of translation for the price (vm-price-desc) ?
Also wich files css to make the font-size bigger ?

and also disable the icone "i" from customfield ?

Use the Joomla language manager.

Choose language and back end, Chiise new and search for already defined language strings,

Ok I found it  on langage back end  : COM_VIRTUEMART_PRODUCT_SALESPRICE

Also how to disable the icone in blue "i" information for custom field ?

The i only appears AFAIK when You put in text in the info field for the custom field. remove it and it will be gone.
