Title: Help required with UK Post Code Module and Display of Client Address

Client billing address not showing up on stage 1 of the checkout process in Virtuemart 1.1.9 (Stable). see attached doc.
Using Joomla 1.5.25

Also the customer is unable to select a different address than the billing one for delivery.

We require help with installing "The UK Post Code Shipping" VM module  that we are unable to to install.

Please send in details of cost and required time.
