Dude its not working when i install it. it looks like are missing archives when install it. Also in the joomla Component menu when i push "comvirtuemart2greeklang" it gives:
"Joomla! 404 - An error has occurred.
Component not found
Return to Control Panel"
Joomla v1.7.3 and Virtue Mart v2.0 Stable
I think the provided xml file above is for installing the language file on Joomla 1.5.x.
However, the greek files are for VM2 version 1.9.8.M and there are some changes in the file structure and the language ini files that require an update/completion of the greek language files for VM2 2.0.0.
You can try to exchange the xml file with the one attached below. But somebody should update the language files to match the en-GB ones provided with VM2 2.0.0 before combining the xml and the frontend and backend language folders containing the language files into a zip file again.

I have tried using the above file in Joomla 1.7 and VM2 and although it is pretty good it causes a problem in the backend of the virtuemart layout.

The problem i have located was at the COM_VIRTUEMART_JPLUGINWARNING string
Removing the whole string will fix the tabbed layout at backend
there are also elot of missing strings and maybe that causes problems ( i had some crashes and error messages)

That's pretty simple, but requires a little bit of work. Somebody who speaks greek and english needs to volunteer to update the greek files to the latest version:

The only greek word I remember is "kalimera" and I can't even write it in greek, so I don't qualify ;)
logged in transifex but i cant found a translation project for vm2 to work for :( isnt an official there?

We had a number of problems with translations on Transifex. So we decided it makes more sense to try to support translators here in the forum.
thank you diastasi :) but there is not an xml file for install ( must replace the old 198 with ftp upload ) ? was in half to end mine translation of the el-GR.com_virtuemart if there is a traslation platform who can all help to do that quick and without so pain will be great . i just can say that will be different the old file with the new one . maybe that cause the probs that i had .
