because having SSL cost money (SSL certification and static IP) so I didn't renew my SSL certification or static IP

Aravot, if you are interested I would love to offer you a hosting account on our servers for free. There you could test your script on a server configuration with a shared SSL certificate. The configuration we use is quite a standard configuration for hosting companies which use Cpanel. So you could be sure, it will work also on many other servers...
