Change manufacturer link

Is it possible to change manufacuter link from /manufacturers/manufacturer/name  to only /name?

You could add a menu item for the manufacturer and hide the menu item.

if u mean index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=manufacturer&layout=details there are no products in the standard details template
its not intended for that

why not make a category layout and set the manufacturer?

In my first post I gave the answer how to show the products for a manufacturer, but then I read your question again and deleted it, because it was not answering your question. GJC did it now.

If you want to know things, it's good to think about the question for some time and then write a bit more than two lines.
