How can hide module assigned to home page in page of succesfull virtuemart order?

In the module settings > 'Menu Assignment tab' have only the home page selected?

It's possible to check the view or task and hide module(s) position(s) in the template to fix this problem.
If your dev know a little Joomla, it's done in max 20 minutes(time to find the used template modules positions in back-end ...

You can now set a menu item for the thank you page so if the modules are NOT assigned there they will not show

Joomla menus-> new-> type= Vm-> Order Done (Create a hidden menu item.)   

For tracking or to place modules on the orderdone page.
