Jumbo, good day! We have already bought your template twice from you. I have a question about further purchase/renewal. I have been writing you letters through your website for a week now. Why do you ignore them and have not answered even once? Your personal messages are also blocked here. How can we even contact you then?

We have responded to your email multiple times in the past. To clarify, our subscriptions and licenses are not transferable.

Well, finally you answered at least here! Thank you for that too! Jumbo!, where and when did you answer? I haven't received a single letter from you anywhere. Although I sent you three letters through your feedback form on the website. There's nothing in the spam folder.

We were not involved in any resale or transfer of licenses. As a website developer, I was given a template officially purchased from you and I installed it and am working with it.
I tried to ask a question on your forum. I registered, but as soon as I I try to go to the forum and write, your site immediately redirects me to the payment rates page and does not allow me to do anything else. Apparently, there is even a topic on the forum with the problems I encountered in the template, but you do not even let me read these topics.

Before we buy the template from you again, I need to know whether you have fixed the critical errors in it that I wrote to you about or not. I can list them here.
1. On the Virtuemart registration page, if the user has not filled in the required fields, then registration still occurs successfully, without errors and warning the user that he has not filled in the required fields.
2. The template does not work correctly with the standard ReCaptcha v.3 plugin. In particular, on the registration page.

You registered on our site but have not purchased a template from us. To access our support forum, you must have an active subscription. Only the purchaser of the template is entitled to access the support forum. We clarified this information in our communication on July 29, 2022, when you first registered on our site and reached out to us. We had an extensive discussion and exchanged several emails, which I believe you recall.

I would also like to clarify that the latest version of the template does not have any such issues. You are facing these problems because you are likely using an extremely outdated version of the template, which is incompatible with the latest Joomla and VirtueMart.
