Delay in translation

Hello everyone
I have a problem with a multilingual site. If I change the language from Italian to English all the site fits correctly except the virtuemart sections that remain in Italian until a new click or refresh.
It seems that the problem is limited to parts of virtuemart that are linked to the database, not those linked to the language file

I do not really know how to fix the problem, can anyone help me?
