If the order is Confirmed immediately after order placement i.e. when the user lands in Order Done Page (like PayPal, standard payment, Authorize.net etc) the it will be automatically tracked by the plugin.

We have not tested the plugin using VMuikit's Klarna. If it follows standard VirtueMart's payment plugin system then it should work without any problem.
