I'm using joomla 3.0.1 and when I create a product using the multivariant option, on the quick view of the product of my website appears a message: This product uses Child Variant, go to the product page, select the options that would
Does any one know how to solve this?

What version are you actually using?
You have posted in the section for the now unsupported VM1 - see the forum heading VirtueMart 1.1.x [ Old version - no longer supported ] ยป Attributes, Child Products VM 1.1
