Coupon deduction not showing

Hello

I am using Joomla 2.5.9 VM 2.0.18a AWOCouponPro 2.1.5 and I just noticed when on the phone with a customer that the coupon code she input was not being shows as a deduction. It was calculated and did in fact get deducted from the order. However she could not see that it was taken into consideration until she received her invoice. I replicated the error on our template VP_Promart and in fact it happened  again on the stock Joomla template and it still was not showing the deduction. When I set AWOCoupon to an automatic deduction, it gets displayed. I have it set to allow 2 coupons and not check their capitalization.

Could someone please assist me in finding out why the deduction is not being showed? Pretty Please?
