Checkout page customize - Select shipment

Hello ,
I want to change the design of select shipment cost in checkout page.
Currently price is showing in this way ... states  ($ price)
But i want to display State - price . I want to remove bracket. Please check the attached image.


My joomla version is 1.7
and virtuemart version is 2.0.22a
