split order / different weekdays delivery

Hi!

I am just starting to build a website. I will probably do it in joomla with the virtuemart extension. The first page is a presentation of the company and the food i deliver(catering). The you click something like "sign me up for this!" or "log in" if you are already a costumer.
Then you will land on your personal page where all your data is presented, card information and a list/menu with different food.
From here you can make your weekly order, by clicking.. i want to have this food on tuesday, and i want that on friday. The total sum of the products should be presented in one number, so my paysystem could draw that amount from the costumers account. This delivery will repeat it self every week, and the costumers can always login and make changes to the orders, change days ect.

Anyone know how to solve this?
