"Please Select Shipment Method" Loop - Shipment method is auto-selected.

Having same issue.  Can' figure it out.  On the page "Your order informations" the "No shipment selected" is going into a loop and the shipment information does not appear in the log.  BUT, if I ignore this and go directly to the "Check Out" page, I can select shipping and it is correct.

Important - When hovering over the Select shipment button, the link is: javascript:void(0)
