how to configure vm category images display layout?

Hi i searched a lot and cannot find any proper solution as how and where to do this task.

Currently my site is reflecting this : http://celebrationbands.com/index.php/myrings/rings-a-sands

I want to follow and control the layout as its shown in VM demo as well as how can i control image size to be displayed in any category just as this link : http://demo.virtuemart.net/index.php?page=shop.browse&category_id=11&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=12

Kindly Help me as soon as possible this is my first post and i hope you will guide me.
