Product quantity, Category in cart

Hi,

I've got two questions:

1- Is it possible (with some modification) to change the amount in which you can higher/lower the product quantity?
Some products are sold by 5 pieces. So is it possible to change the amount for that product (to make it even harder, not all products have the same package quantity) to 5 (5-10-15-20-25-etc.)?
2- Is there a way to display the product category after the products in the cart? Some users get discounts on specific categories. Displaying these categories in the cart would make it clearer why they get a discount on some products.
