email order confirmation in dual languages

Joomla 2.5.3/ VM 2.02

The email order confirmation shows dual languages. Dutch and English.

For example the "view your order online" button is in English

In my opinion the nl_NL.com_virtuemart.ini files shows all the necessary translations.

What could be the problem?
