Where is 2CO Payment Plugin in VM2.0.2 and How can I get it.

I recently wanted to migrate my VM1.9 to VM2 and discover that VM2 does not come prebundled with VM2. Please, I need to use 2CO as Paypal and other payment processor are not accepted in Nigeria. Thank you
