Flat Rate Shipping??

Hello just installed VM 2.0 today, I realize the Standard Shipping Module is taken out, any possible ways to add it back?? or is there any Flat Rate Shipping module for VM 2.0?? because back in VM 1, I manage to find out a way to have a flat rate shipping through someones tutorial and eventually made a post myself too here http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=73989.msg257103#msg257103 but since Standard Shipping is not longer available in VM 2.0, I couldn't find a way to achieve this.

Can I check if anyone is going to develop a Flat Rate Shipping for VM 2.0?? if not how do I add standard shipping back to VM 2.0?? thanks in advance

Did you install the "com_virtuemart_ext_aio.2.0.0.zip"?
There is a standard shipment module that you can configure like a flat rate.

I did and see nothing that has anything to do with shipping ...please elaborate...what exactly are you referring to?

The aio component installs the basic configurable shipping plugin.

In VM backend go to Shop/Shipment methods/New
