UPS shipping Error 129001, any order exceeding 70lbs

Virtuemart 1.1.9, Joomla 1.5.26.

I cannot get a UPS shipping estimate if the order weight is over 70 lbs. So when a customer orders and the order ecceeds this weight they are only charged my $8.71 handling fee. I sent the following file administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/shipping/ups.php to UPS developers and they returned the message below.

UPS,Please note that for packages over 70 LBS a warning message is included in your response:

I have no settings within Virtuemart displaying a weight restriction nor do I have any matching "70" numeric group in this ups.php file.

My product details
weight: 3.75lb
UOM: pounds
Unit: piece
Units in a package: 0
Units in a Box: 0

I have tried every possible scenario in product dimensions and weights. I determined the 70lbs shipping calculation max by taking the bottle down to 1lb. I then could order 70 bottles. UPS weight is restricted when the amount reaches up to 150lbs per package.
