Issue with rounding on order with multiple products

I have the following issue in my VM 2.0.10 shop.
Products are added with costprices based on Ex VAT, where finalprices are calculated automatically based on Tax Rules. Prices on the webshop are shown correct.
Now someone ordered 3 different products:

SKU          Final Price incl VAT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A0001       6,25
A0002     13,41
A0003     26,95
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
           + 46,62 (total price, which differs 1 cent)

Since VM calculates with 5 decimals, the calculation is correct (real final prices are 6,25464 + 13,40892 + 26,95350 = 46,61706). But it looks rather silly on the invoice.

What's the best way to deal with this ? I can adjust all products to put in the correct price incl VAT and calculate the costprice, but this is a lot of work with a couple of hundred products and I guess when adding discounts on some of them will get me in the same problem.
