Paypal - payment configuration

Data:
Joomla Version: 2.5.28
VM Version: 2.6.16
www.neo-herbal.si
Shop is visible only for registered users (username: domen, password: domen88) and it have a name: Trgovina

I have 2 questions:

1. I'm using ARTIO VM Invoice (2.0.48) to issue a PDF invoice (to buyer and vendor). It has better order management, invoice configuration etc. but I don't know why after I pay with PAYPAL it doesn't send the invoice out. In Paypal configuration I have selected status when process successful turn order status ->completed.
And in ARTIO Configuration I have also set to send Invoice when an order is in completed status. So I don't know what is wrong. But when I pay with Paypal and go check in order management I saw that a payment has been done but the order status is pending (although among all possible statuses in paypal configuration I have non selected as pending).

2. I will like to change payment logo and payment name in cart. Now when I upload a pic (logo) and choose it in paypal / oder payment options it shows first a picture and then a payment name - but I will like to turn that arount.

Now it is like
- logo & paypal

I will like to be like:
- paypal & logo
