Payment and Shipment module - how to change logo?

I have looked through many threads but couldn't find answer. Maybe it is too obvious for newbie...

When I create new payment or shipment there is possibility to choose Logo for it - I guess as it is shown. But only option what is visible is index.html. I have uploaded logo to VM media but what is correct folder where it should be located?
Shipment I use is Shipment based on the Weight, ZIP and Countries and for Payments it is self generated (COD and Invoice).

Now you should see payment and shipment folders - just upload a very smll jpeg to those folders (very small)

and go back into your settings of shipment and payment and you will now have a drop down box.

Things to look for - the main one is that thge image gets sent on the invoice make sure it fits- check the emails. then resize.
