field textinput plugins in shopping cart do not show the title of the field

Hi everybody´s.
I created a field is personalized text input plugins called IMEI for the buyer to enter the IMEI.
When I go to the shopping cart I get the IMEI number but do not show the title of the field. Besides if I have multiple text input fields in the shopping cart are all united.
Anyone know any solution for this?
