Please, remove UTF BOM from some files

I remove the BOM from these files, and then update it reappears.

I looked for a BOm that was appearing on my site, and could not find it

In order to remedy this situation, I used the program "UTF8-BOM-remover".
It recursively searches for files in directories and removes the BOM-marks.

659kB, Freeware, no spyware, but interface language only russian.

I was the one BOMing the fles. I have updated my development environment, and it should be ok for the next release.
